Maciek is absolutely correct... The rudder control device in the sft torpedo roon is only a mechanical steering device. However, in the control room the rudder steering control device (BBC) is electrical only, and the 2 plane control devices (BBC) are electrical and there is a mechanical wheel. The steering control devices (BBC) in the tower and on the bridge are electrical only.
