She looks like a TYpe VIIC
and
by the "Snorting Bull" emblem she is a member of 7th U-Boat Flotilla based in St. Nazaire France.
She could be U-46, U-47, U-75, U-98, U-103, U-135, U-213, U-227, U-266, U-358, U-359, U-382, U-390, U-442, U-567, U-578, U-590, U-593, U-607, U-618, U-714 and U-976.
