Kriegsmarine listening station at Guichen, France

By chance, does anyone know any history concerning the Kriegsmarine listening/relay station at Guichen, France? The chateau is substantial in size with lots of outbuildings and sited in very large grounds.
The chateau is now derelict and boarded up.
Post-war it was apparently used by the French navy and to support this there are still some barrack type buildings on site, although now in poor shape.
If anyone can add anything to the above then I would welcome their input.
Kind regards
