Hi this ship sunk by U107 on 1.05.43. There were 19 crew lost and 145 survivors rescued by HMS Wren and landed at Liverpool before she sailed again on May 12th. however in Alex Urbanke's 'Suppliers of the Grey Wolves' on page 80 he states bridge lookouts on U459 on May 27th sited at a distance of 3.5 nautical miles a fully laden lifeboat, which had come from the Port Victor. There is no mention if U459 closed the lifeboat or what action if any was taken. But if it was, then Wren could not have rescued all Port Victors survivors. John
