Hello Matt,

Just remember :
2016 minus 1945 = 71 years ago.
2016 minus 1940 = 76 years ago.
If the Vet’ was about 23 years old in 1940 : he would be about 100 years today. If so, he must still be in good condition for using ITC-technology !
