Concerning Bibliothek für Zeitgeschichte: yes they have a lot of torpedo firing reports (TFR).
All those from successful attacks you can find on our HMA-Website for Axis Submarine Successes:

In some special cases, where success was uncertain, the war diary entries are attached - like that for U 53 on 18. Nov 1939:
