Hi Mariusz
This information is available here on uboat.net - just click on "The U-boats" in the top navigation, then on "U-boat patrols" on the left side and enter the date you wish to know the U-boat disposition. It then lists all U-boats at sea on the date in question and a map with their approximate position if known.
