Translation please

The skipper of U-482 was \"Graf von Hartmut Matuschka, Freiherr von Toppolczan und Spaetgen\". Could someone familiar with German names please translate? I assume Graf was his given name? I\'m not sure about the rest. Perhaps he descended from Prussian aristocracy?
