Dear,
That U134 was sunk by a Wellington was - imho - proven wrong in 2004 in a well documented, multi-page, re-assessment of the loss of U134 by Dr.A.Niestlé and E.Zimmerman.
The Wellington attacked U340 (which suffered no damage), not U134.
As foresaid report also documents, it is considered that U134 was sunk August 27, 1943, by a series of depth charge and hedgehog attacks of the frigate HMS Rother.
