Dear BB63,

Best single book on U-bunkers to me is "Die deutschen Ubootbunker und Bunkerwerften" by Sönke Neitzel (Bernard & Graefe Verlag, 1991, ISBN 3-7637-5823-2).

Luc Braeuer is a French author who wrote a number of books on uboats operating from French ports. All his books do contain photos of the U-Bunkers in those ports. Yes, his books are in French.You can find them listed amongst [www.liv-editions.com].
