This boat was attacked and damaged by RN MTB's on 24.04.1945, the commander being seriously wounded shot himself. The boat was safely returned, with the Engineering officer OLt ing Klaus Weber. With OltzS Uwe Holm as 1st W/O surviving the attack, why didn't he assume command over the engineering officer?. John
