The surrender of U826

My grandfather was an Able Seaman on HMS Fitzroy at the end of the war when the U boats at sea were ordered to surface and surrender. He was part of the boarding party that boarded U826 to escort it back to Loch Eriboll.
He told me that the officer leading the boarding party took the U boat commander's binoculars as a souvenir so he took those of the second officer. I still have them with the eyepiece cap engraved with the initials I.O.W. I understand the captain of U826 was Olaf Lubke but does anyone know whether full crew listings are available as I'd love to know who the binoculars belonged to.
Thanks for your help.
