thank you for this opportunity
i am trying to track down a merchant ship by the name Eastern Sun, but after
tracking several sources i am unable to find any trace of it.
i have found the Eastern Star sunk by U-94 on the 7th May 1941
and the Eastern Sword sunk by U-162 ON THE 4th May 1942, but no record of this ship
1) is the name correct?
2) is it perhaps incorrectly named?
3) my sources are U-Boat Operations of the second world war vol 1 &2
torpedoes in the gulf, torpedo junction, the fourth service
any help and guidance would be greately appreciated.
