Dear Andrey,
I suggest that you start with Roskill's "The War at Sea".
By definition all his information is based on prime-source info.
After that you could look at the Roskill Papers which are lodged in Churchill College, Cambridge which holds all the original manuscripts for his magnus opus.
That will not of course lead you to any specific TNA files, but it should be a good start.
