Thank you for your reply to my query . Rohwer's was book published 1997 by Greenhill Book, only edition I know of.
Sources differ as when C was torpedoed. Starke Registers have Sept 43 but Reinhart Schmelzkopf, in Strandgut 22 and Fremde Schiffe in Deutscher Hand 1939-1945. have 7 Nov 1943 by Polish S/M SOKOL, but this must be incorrect as SOKOL was not patrolling in that area.
