Hi. I understand that some boats had a wooden deck. However the only pictures I have seen show boat decks with lots of drain holes on them. Did u-boats have two types of deck, one made from wooden planks, and the other from metal with the drain holes. What did the wooden deck look like, I know it was black, and that’s it. Does anyone have a good clear picture of the wooden deck. Thanks
