Is it possible that a U-Boat could could still have dry compartments after all these years.

This is purely hypothetical. If a type XXI submerged and sat on the bottom of the ocean in say, 175 ft. of water at the end of the war (1945) and the crew evacuated via the lock out chamber, is it possible that the sub would remain dry after all these years (68 years)? Assume the boat is sitting upright on a flat ocean floor undamaged by fishing activity.
