<HTML>I just learned a minute ago in the general discussion forum that the U-boat base at La Rochelle never did fall to the allies hands until the general surrender in 1945. Has there ever been a movie made about this? Are there any good books on the battle? If it was a fierce battle to the end then this sounds like it would make an excellent movie on the order of say, \"Zulu\" or \"55 days in Peking\" or maybe \"Cross of Iron\". Guess I\'ll be in the book store tomorrow trying to find books on the subject!</HTML>
