<HTML>There are a lot of complains about U-571, and I whole-heartedly join them on technical issues, acting, and plot line. Frankly, the movie stunk, but it is unfair to complain that it did not match the capture of U-110. At no time have the makers of U-571 claimed that it was based in any way on a real incident. It is, and was always intended to be, a total work of fiction. It must be judged differently than a film like \"Enemy at the Gate\" which claims to be based on a true story. U-571 is FICTION. You might as well complain about King Arthur movies not being historically correct. </HTML>
