<HTML>Dear Meg,
As you may have noticed in one of the innumerable Spiegel excerpts I have sent you over the years (mfI), he's referred to in this way by his own fellow actors, so I see nothing wrong in simply keeping up the tradition. And the best fictional German army commander was referred to by his troops as Knollengesicht. It's almost a term of oddball affection. And I also don't see why good form should not be observed at all times!
