hi everyone,
my point was not a whatsoever kind of minibootcamp, but actors like Otto Sander who was a real Leutnant zur See.
If I remember correctly there were many actors in Hollywood that had served their country, in fact after WWII most of them had been in the forces. I could number a hundred if I had to.
This is why I found it so interesting that only "Kaleu Tomsen" really knew what he was talking about and could wear his Navyuniform without having to be permanently corrected by the costume attendant.
