Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
as a German I found PATTON to be one of the best movies ever made about WWII giving all sides about equal footing and the late George C. Scott doing a brilliant job depicting the "genious" and Primadonna - Immage of the general with the silver - colt and letting us know about the constant "fight" between Patton and Bradley. But I guess the voting audience never forgave Patton beating Montgomery to Medina. Only No. 44. It's a "shame", but who is German to tell the British how to vote on war - movies.
You all have a nice day.
Sincerely Yours
