Sharks and little fish

I saw a bit of discussion on one of the other forums (http://uboat.net/forum/read.php?f=3&i=45640&t=45640)about this movie and upon ggogling it found that it was available as a region 0 (universal?) DVD with english subtitles.
Has anyone here seen the subtitled DVD version? Is it worth purchasing as I'm sure it will never be a Netflix rental?
Any help would be appreciated.
