Lots of thanks for correcting my mistake, I've found the concerned page in Suhren's memoirs...In addition they were crew mates (35) and affected to the same flotilla in Brest during same period.The only excuse I can find, and I confess that's a poor one, is that these two commanders (Salman and Uphoff) had some physical resemblance in the pictures posted in CT section of this website.
