The only federal academy that had students fighting and dieing during WW2 was THE UNITED STATES MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY. That is why they are the only federal academy to fly a battle pennant. Almost all of the 142 C/M lost were due to U BOATS.

Hi, I am new to this forum and hope that someone can tell me the type of desicant used in binoculars. I assume it is silica gell but wonder if in a cartridge of some type or was it a pill? When it is removed can it be baked and reinstalled? Are there any pictures of this item? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
