Blood on the Sea

Descripton: This book consists of a series of 71 short histories, in chronological order, one for each of the American destroyers which were lost during WWII. Although few were lost to U-boat attacks, the U-boat related stories are rather interesting. Of particular note would be the description of the battle between USS Borie and U-405 (Rolf-Heinrich Hopmann).
