Hi Frank:

The only set of drawings that I can find on the Type-IXD1 page 150, and Type-IXD2 on page 151 of the book \"The U-Boat: The Evolution and Technical History of German Submarines”, by author Eberhard Rössler ISBN 0-87021-966-9.

For the regular Type-IXC and Type-IXc/40 the Planrolle: Ubootyp IX C by Fritz Köhl and Axel Niestlé ISBN 3-7637-6006-7 and it companion book “Vom Original zum Modell: Ubootyp IX C, by Fritz Köhl and Axel Niestlé ISBN 3-7637-6005-9 are what you need.
