Donald and Rokket,
I agree, that unless the boat went to dry dock, the lower net cutter would have been left on. If there is a way to check timeline and time in port, (a month in port vs. a week or two???) maybe one could take that the route that the lower net cutter was removed. I have seen pictures where the upper net cutter has been removed, but the mounts are still visible. If they didn't worry about removing the upper brackets, would they have gone to the problem of removing the lower cutter? Just a thought...
