phil , thank you so much for the link to the wonderful uboot site !

the rs127 seems to incorporate its 350hp at 1000rpm and features a bore of 215mm and a stroke of 270mm which results at 6 cylinders to a total displacement of 58,8 litres. it a non charged engine.

much more info than i found elsewere to this type II diesel.
