Mates,

This ship has no U boat conection that I know of but a question was asked of me which I can't confirm?

A mate has two photo's tiled "Miltiades" one shows the ship with one funnel and the other photo it has two funnels.

Were there two ships by this name during WWI and which one was used as a transport for the AIF "A28 HMAT Miltiades" a 7,814 tons ship 13 knots of the G.Thompson and Co Ltd London ended Commonweath service 15th Sept 1917.

Cheers

S.B
