Greetings again,
Do you suppose the U-boat could carry a 25 ft array on board towards the end of the war?
Have you ever heard of the Mignon Wireless Corporation, Elmira, NY that operated it's business during period of WWI? The made many devices, esp. a very powerful portable receiver which could obtain excellent results using a 25' aerial. The distances could be up to 200 mi. The DOJ shut them down, not because of their product but what their customers might do relative to the neutrality laws of the U.S.A. Thanks for info in your last reply. I am learning all the time.
