Only using Babelfish. You will need a German speaker who understands military abbreviations for some of it.
Basically Reichskriegsgericht etc. Reichs court-martial officer judge.
It also states that he died in Russia 10.1945
Ritter des Orderns.... - He was awarded the pour le merite (known in some countries as the Blue Max - don't ask me why) for his actions as a U-boat commander in the Great War.
