Hello,
This ship (°1907 – 2.966 G.T.) was sunk by shellfire from the U-151, (Korvetten-Kapitän Heinrich von Nostitz und Jänckendorff) on the 22 June 1918.
Following an article published in The New York Times, 25 of her complement
was rescued on June 27, by a “ sailing vessel”.
Does somebody know :
- the name of this sailing vessel ?
- the exact number of crew ?
Any other details welcome.
Best regards,
Captain.
