Would appreciate clarification on previous email. The publication Kapitanleutnant Schepke erzahlt from 1943. is it the story of Joachim Schepke or more the story of the German wartime navy? also, the book has a sticker in it: Meldestelle als Freiwilleger zur Kriegsmarine ist das nachste Wehrbezirkskommando. in Metz: Flotowstr. 1

any significance to the sticker?
