I just had a look at this picture you have posted.
I do find some humour into this picture of Doenitz, you found on ebay.
I\'m sorry to notice that some of us here on the forum are a bit sensitive
to this picture of Doenitz & his U-boat flottilles on the cover of this
\'TIME\' magazine...especailly to some war vets...?
But I did notice in the picture,that Doenitz\'s Abmiral cap was missing?
However, I must say, that propaganda is in every war, and it can go
in both ways ...Good or Bad.. No doubt about it !
I do agree, that it does demonstrate a good example (perhaps fear)
to the whole situation at a time of World War.
