<HTML>Hello Ricky..........Yes I\'ve finally seen the photo of the U-473\'s bridge, however Albert Buddendieck [ Helmsman ] is facing forward and his face not visible. I\'m still trying to locate a picture of the entire crew or one of him alone. Are you familiar with an internet site called \" @#$%&\" ? Their president told me that they have several photos of the U-473 but evidently I have to be a member of their group? Anyway, I offered to pay for photos but haven\'t heard back from him yet. Ken Dunn graciously forwarded some scanned pictures and info on the U-473 including the photo of Buddendieck on the bridge. I now have Jak Showell\'s home address and I thought I would write him also. I also wrote the archive several months ago but have not had a reply............evidently my German is not very good. By the way if you wouldn\'t mind, I\'d like your full name, so I can properly credit you when I finish the family history article I\'m writing. Thanks..............Carl Roderick Hester </HTML>
