Kill pennant

<HTML>A friend of mine sent me for identification a \"kill pennant\" like those displayed on return from patrol, asking me if I could identify the boat to which it belonged.
Unfortunately I do not remembr how to post a picture on the forum so I\'ll try to describe what it looks like.
It is a dark brown stuff indicating 4000 and displaying on the upper corner the drawing of a spearfish, the spear being directed upwards.
Has anybody an idea on the question ?
