<HTML>Oliver........
In Scapa Flow lies the wreck of
H.M.S. ROYAL OAK sunk on 14th October 1939 by U 47 commanded by
Kptlt Günther Prien.
In the Mediterranean lies the wreck of
H.M.S. ARK ROYAL sunk on 13th November 1941 by U 81 commanded by
Kptlt Friedrich Guggenberger.
Two years but a day apart and in waters hundreds of miles apart.

N.B. The Royal Navy has more than two ships as official War Graves. They had a lot more ships sunk with members of the crew still aboard than just the two you mention..........</HTML>
