<HTML>I work with a French guy and he tells me that in France, they are called Belgian Fries. Mayonnaise would take some getting used to. In the States, we use ketchup or cheese sauce. If you have the big thick fries, try a brown mushroom gravy. Mmmm. heart-attack on a plate. Goes well with Guiness.</HTML>
