Dealing with immitading \"authors\"

Howdy,

I noticed this weird (but I guess someone devoid of real life had to think of it eventually) thing of someone posting under names of our regular visitors.

There is a way to expose this, simple way that is built into this forum but I turned-off for one of us back a while ago.

I can have the <b>IP address</b> of the posts shown on the posts users here make, then we can see if MPC, for example, is really him or someone else posing with his name.

If you have real objections to this idea then please <b>e-mail me</b>, let\'s not make this into another major thread - if I see no major/real objections I\'ll activate this feature again.

One thing to keep an eye on about this; Many of us have 1-3 IP addresses we connect from (work, home etc.) so this is not 100% unless you really study the addresses but this should weed out most of the noise nonetheless.
