<HTML>Dont know if this helps but when I had to do these on skimmers it was

Wind - Direction and speed eg 260/12 (knots or forcecould be used)

Weather(Wx) - coded response r= rain etc

Sea - sea state in beaufort

Swell - direction and height in metres eg 180/2.5

Pressure eg 1004.7HPA falling

Temperatures of wet bulb dry bulb and sea temp</HTML>
