Locating a friend of my father\'s

<HTML>I am trying to locate of find information about a U Boat Commander or senior officer by the name of WILLIE REPSHER. Wille used to lie in the bottom of Filey Bay where we live during the daytime and go out to hunt at night, while my father was working just a few miles away and waiting for the call up, they finally met up and exchanged coincidences years later.

Willie came ashore at Tripoli at the end of the war and my father who was in the Army got to know him well. My father is in his eighties and often talks about him, however he has lost track of Willie for many years.
