Hi Brian, I have long had a intrest in the type IXB U-boats, so much so, that I am currently working on what I hope will turn out to be a book, or just a data base for myself. In this quest, one section involves the gathering as much information on all the ships that each of the type IXB boats attacked during their careers, from their owners, last sailing planned route, details of any convoys involved, crew compliments, cargo carried, attack details, etc, through to the fate any survivors. Not as straight forward as I had hoped. Regards john
