Spree. Tender to submarine school.

Hi,can anyone help with infomation on this vessel,all i know about her is that
she was tender to the submarine school and was surrendered to the british in
Lubeck in 1945. ,she gets a brief mention in jane's but no photo or details.
I would appreciate any infomation on her.
