Schnorchel boats

Researching U-boats,their number, types and dates fitted, excluding the type XXI and XXIII boats. I Have identified 247 boats, however another nine boats have been mentioned as possibly had been fitted but I have not found any evidence to support this. They are U211, U445, U673, U721, U821, U975, U1000, U1054 and U1198. Were they fitted? John
