Summary

A US Navy officer who allows a U-boat captain to escape regrets his clemency when he learns that his wife drowned when her ship was sunk by that very captain. He sets out to find the captain and take his revenge.

This anti-German film was released as The Sea Ghost in 1931, then re-released under the present title in 1940.
