Hello, Rainer:
Thanks for your answer. You´ve told me I guessed correctly, but I don´t know where. Did I guessed valves were opened manually in the Tauchbunkers?. If Tauchbunker had their bottom entrances of water always opened , what is the difference between a Regelbunker (free flodded tank, dual purpose tank) and a Tauchbunker (not free flooded tank, dual purpose tank).
Other questions: What evacuated valves were opened to dive a Type VII? Were opened the evacuated valves of the Tauchbunker, when it contained no fuel, during a diving?
