Bruce, I am not sure I completly understand your question.

Due to my mania about my torpedo question, I am going over my references again. I would like to help you out but I am not sure what exactly you are asking.

I know that the French had the 533mm Toulon series of torpedoes but after the fall of France all further torpedo development was stopped in favour of the German G7 series.

There were UK submarines transfered to the Free French Navy but I am not aware of any French Submarines transfered to the UK Navy. Naturally these UK subs would use the MK-VIII type torpedo.

I am totally ignorant on Polish Submarines in WW-II. So I can't help there at all.

So your question on Procurement is still not clear to me. Can you expand on that further?
