Hi Capo, Yves and everyone,

ANTHIPI was no U-Boat-related victim.

In San Giovanni di Medua area there are no mines laid by UC 14 or UC 12 nor was there any attack by an german or austrian U-Boat, so ANTHIPI should have hit an mine laid by austrian torpedo-boats or possibliy also an mine from an italian defensive minefield !

The italian steamer BRINDISI which sank on 06.01.1916 for example (sometimes also claimed to be UC 12's victim) sank on an italien defensive mine off San Giovanni.
