You realize that "Stars and Stripes Forever" was written in the Nineteenth Century by John Phillip Sousa, leader of the Marine Band ("The President's Own"). We was known as the March King. It is probably his most famous piece. He most certainly did not "borrow" it from Grossadmiral Doenitz.
